Hot Spot: Boozy Brunch @ Carroll Place

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find a decent inexpensive boozy brunch spot these days. There is always a catch. Either you're stopped being served drinks after you finish eating, there is an extra cost for AYCD, or the drinks are watered down (I see what you've done Pranna) Now a swanky new gastropub called Carroll Place has moved into the space formerly occupied by live music venue Kenny’s Castaways, which closed in 2012, and has brought us a booze filled brunch too good to believe.

The restaurant’s 6,700 square feet has plenty of history. Kenny’s Castaways once set the stage for such rock stars as Bruce Springsteen, Aerosmith and The Fugees early in their careers.

As far as the look, the rustic tavern style 20-seat bar overlooks a custom built wood oven stove, where several of Carroll Place’s mainstay dishes and pizzas are prepared. Above the bar the walls are lined with bottles of Italian wines which are available by the glass.

Upstairs, which we were told is called the “Living Room” – features plush couches, oversized chairs and its own cocktail bar creating a comfortable place to enjoy craft cocktails.

As I mentioned earlier, their brunch deal is THE best we have ever had! $24 gets you unlimited signature Mimosas, Bellinis, Screwdrivers or Sangria and an entree for 2 hours. No catch!  You can  even mix and match your drinks throughout your time.

The entree selection is insane! From signature burgers, to omelettes and of course their popular pizzas. We tried a couple of their famous pizzas and both were amazing! The Emilia with Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto, Arugula & Shaved Parmigian was perfect as was the Buon Giorno pizza with Truffle Cream, Fresh Mozzarella, Speck, Mushrooms & Fried Eggs!

Mouth watering yet? Head on over to this new restaurant this weekend for great food, great drinks, and of course a great time!

I love bottomless boozy brunch. I belong to New York and there are so many restaurants that provide different and yummy varieties of best boozy brunch nyc. I love to have them once or twice in a week. They are very affordable too and every time there I try some unique dishes.

Yeah that is true that it is difficult to find a best boozy brunch nyc. Bu I have found a decent and inexpensive boozy brunch spot just few days back. This place looks so beautiful and the food looks too good, especially Giorno pizza with Truffle Cream and Fresh Mozzarella looks yummy.
