Camel Coats are not only trending for women this season, men are also wearing this latest trend. A must have for the Fall/Winter season - from the trench coat to the long blazer this is an essential piece for your wardrobe. The color is neutral so you can match it up with several items: you can dress the camel statement coat in a casual way with some jeans, a white tee and some sneakers, or you can also wear this coat to the office over your suit!

You can find coats like this at your local  Zara, Macy's, H&M, and also asos.com

So fellas grab one of these statement camel coats for the winter and all eyes will be on you!

The Butta: Thelonius Martin - Wünderkid

Acclaimed Chi-Town producer Thelonius Martin doesn't disappoint with his latest release Wünderkid. The album offers 15 tracks with guest verses from Mac Miller, Ab-Soul, Smoke DZA, Curren$y, Domo Genesis, RetcH, and more. Standout of mine is the track "September" which has a very nice Jonwayne sound. Check it out below!

Hot Spot News: SAMUELSSON ANNOUNCES 2ND HARLEM EATERY

While downtown restauranteurs such as Danny Meyers are still trying to figure out how to enter the Harlem market, uptown's own celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson has announced that he will open another venture on FDB/8th Avenue within the next few months. This new eatery is described as a kitchenette called Streetbird Rotisserieand will debut within the long vacant corner commercial space at 2149 Frederick Douglass by the 116th Street subway stop. Our first choice for more formal dining in Harlem has always been Red Rooster on Lenox Avenue but having a more affordable regular spot by one of the top chefs in the world is something we will take over Shake Shack any day. More news definitely to come in the following weeks, so stay tuned!

Event: Tech 808 Conference (The Phat Startup)

"Learn from those who are doing it, not from those who wish they did it."

The Phat Startup (TPS) team—Anthony Frasier, James Lopez, Jesal Trivedi and Jahde

Influenced by Lean Startup methodology and hip-hop culture, The Phat Startup is an integrated media company that develops premium content for new to serial entrepreneurs.

Known for their well-attended NYC events, where they’ve brought tech heavyweights such as Reddit founder and serial investor Alexis Ohanian, VaynerMedia founder and social media expert Gary Vaynerchuk, and Ben Horowitz (a.k.a Nas’ bestie), co-founder and general partner of the venture capital fund, Andreessen Horowitz, the Phat Startup is entering a new chapter, hosting their inaugural Tech808 conference on November 21 at New York University. The conference, which is in partnership with the Clive Davis Institute, will explore the world of entrepreneurship through the view of those who are grinding and hustling to make power moves.

"Today, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Tech 808 – a conference designed precisely for you, entrepreneurs with the hustle mentality.

Over the past year our community has grown tremendously and we thank YOU for growing with us along the way.

The Phat Startup started with the goal of sharing the industry’s best knowledge for all levels of entrepreneurs. We have always been inspired by Hip Hop and continue to fuse that inspiration within the Tech world.

This past year we had some unbelievable guests including Alexis Ohanian, Ben Horowitz, Gary Vaynerchuk and Greg Selkoe. At our events they all dropped knowledge and offered a unique perspective on the business of their chosen industry.

We were also fortune enough to speak at the Lean Startup Conference, SXSW and multiple colleges across the country, including Columbia and UPENN. Through your support our progression this year has been truly special. We are putting together this conference to build on our achievements over the past year, take it to the next level, all in efforts to help YOU unlock your entrepreneurial potential.

The event will be held at the NYU Kimmel Center (60 Washington Square S) in New York City on Friday, November 21, 2014. Space will be limited, so click here to purchase advanced tickets at the early bird price, act fast and get yours.

We believe that we are at an inflection point where Tech entrepreneurship and Hip-Hop have converged. On our stage, we will discuss tech entrepreneurship through the lens of Hip Hop to inspire, motivate and provide actionable information for you to move forward with your dreams." thephatstartup.com

Interviews: A conversation w/ Karlie Hustle

There are many different ways to enjoy NYC. With a blink of an eye you can pretty much experience anything you desire. So we recently connected with former Music Director at Hot 97 now CEO and Creator of the Hustle Bow tie - Karlie Hustle, to find out how she enjoys her days and nights in the City That Never Sleeps

SBF:  Favorite place to hear music?

KH: In my apartment alone.  This is the only place I can really absorb music the way I like.  Listening to music in my headphones while I'm walking around the city is a close second.  I really like to absorb music, particularly when it's new, by myself.

SBF: 1st place you will drink at the end of your 100 day liquor free challenge?

KH: Probably at A2P2B at Son's of Essex. A great place to grab brunch, listen to some tunes and chill on a Saturday during the day.

SBF:  Favorite date night spot?

KH: I love going to a dine-in theatre.  I went for my first time recently and it was really cool to be able to eat and be waited on during a film. Also, the reclining chairs are amazing.

SBF:  Favorite Vegan spot?

KH: I love Juice Hugger in Brooklyn and Cafe Blossom on Carmine in the city.  Well-seasoned eats and you don't miss the meat at all.

SBF: If you have a friend coming from out of town where would you take them? Best cheap eats?

KH: Noodle Bar on Carmine in the city is a great place for some cheap eats.  I love their Red Bean Masala.  I also have been eating a lot of pho from a spot in Park Slope called Lotus.  They have a soy pork that is so tasty.

SBF:  What is a "Good Ass Night" out in the city for Karlie Hustle?

KH: I love Cipha Sounds' "Take It Personal" improv comedy show on Fridays at UCB East.  I'm also throwing a party myself that is going to be a ton of fun.  It's called "Groove Candy".  The first event is November 13th.  Doors at 5pm at SOBs.  Music is going to be stellar neo-soul, hip hop and classics. (Update: 'Groove Candy' is a Monthly event. Get latest details by following Karlie Hustle with the links below this article)

SBF: During your liquor free challenge, what are some other fun things or places  you have seen or done that doesn't involve drinking?

KH: I went to Philly with my boyfriend for cheesesteaks.  I don't eat much meat, but I clearly made an exception that day.

SBF: Name one underground/hidden gem that's not really known or pretentious?

KH: Shopsin's in the LES.  You'll have to google the insane menu.  Keep in mind, you'll wait in line an hour for a table and then wait another hour at the table for your food.  And it's worth every second. Make sure you know the rules of the place or you'll be kicked out.  See the documentary about the legendary restaurant on youtube.  It's called "I Like Killing Flies".

SBF:  When taking a "Mental day" what are some places you enjoy doing or seeing that you would recommend?

KH: If I need to reset, I take a walk over the Manhattan Bridge.  It's loud because of the train, but there are far fewer people as a result.  The Brooklyn Bridge is crawling with folks.  The Manhattan Bridge is a ghost town comparatively, and the view is amazing.

Be inspired and stay up to date with info on the upcoming "Groove Candy" party and more by following Karlie Hustle on Instagram and Tumblr
