Produced by the nationally known Inspired Word open mic series, which has appeared on MTV, the Travel Channel, and the Style Network, as well as featured Grammy winners/nominees, American Idol finalists, and HBO stars, Bareburger Unplugged Mondays is a hot new music open mic that is fast becoming a New York City phenomenon. It takes place EVERY Monday night on the second floor of Bareburger organic restaurant in Manhattan's East Village and is hosted by singer extraordinaire Sylvana Joyce (of Sylvana Joyce & The Moment), winner of The Ultimate Singer-Songwriter Contest 5.
